| Being our first experience with lenticular printing, it was very important that we learn as much about the process as possible, not so much to produce an outstanding product, but just to have the confidence that it could be done on an oversized magazine for nearly 2,000,000 copies. Obviously, wanting to do the back cover as well intensified our concerns.
After perusing the lenticular marketplace to become familiar with the process and the suppliers, a valued supplier of ours whom we respect greatly, recommended National Graphics. We quickly recognized that National Graphics had the experience and professionalism to lead us through this new and very unique venture.
The process of producing 4,000,000 lenticular pieces was not only daunting, but producing the backing, die cutting to size, and shipping between these various locations contributed to the difficulties encountered. National Graphics handled each of the steps in an exemplary manner.
Their coordination not only with our magazine bindery but also the outside bindery which tipped both lenticular pieces to 2,000,000 covers again lessened the difficulties in producing this unique product.
