Art Sources - Preferred File Formats

Layered Adobe Photoshop Files

300 pixel per inch at 100% of the desired final size + bleed (see “File Parameters - Bleed Requirements” for details on bleed)
Leave files in CMYK if they are already CMYK
Leave files in RGB if they are already RGB
If new files are being made, we generally prefer CMYK

Text Line Work and Logos

It is best to provide them as Adobe Illustrator files, unless text line work and logos are on layers and built into Photoshop files. Include all fonts needed for alterations. Include a second text file saved as outlines in Illustrator.

Video

Enlargement size is limited by the clarity of the art. This is especially the case when using video as an art source, because of the limited amount of resolution in most video.
Digital Betacam SP ( #1 choice for video ) , NTSC Preferred
Betacam - Usable
VHS should be your last resort, subject to our approval. Size of image enlargement, motion and sharpness is very limited by the low-image quality of this format.
